|
|
I recently created an OTP using some BG Ambrosia which you can see here. I had a few scraps left over which I really wanted to make the most of since it was the first time I had gotten my hands on some of this range of PP.
To create this layout I simply used the scraps as they were, meaning I didn't trim them down to suit the layout... I made the layout suit the shape of the scraps I had - if I'd trimmed them down there would have been nothing left!
Here's how I put it all together...
The half circle shapes are from the centre of the handles on the handbag
I also added in the corner (after I took this photo) a scrap that came from the outer edge when I was cutting out the handles shape on the handbag - I thought it made an effective 'corner'
With the scraps of the scraps I made this layout (which I did as 6x12 as I simply did not have enough for a 12x12 and I only had this one photo)
The butterfly with the black/orange wings here I have pieced together from two butterflies that were cut off from edge of the scrap
Thanks for looking and I hope this has inspried you to look at your scraps box in a whole new light!
