Welcome all to Challenge 4 - 'Punch On'...

This group of challenges have been the most awesome ever....one of my fave parts is that they have enabled me to think about old products in new ways, and to use up older stash....so then I HAVE to buy new stuff...Laughing

This challenge is all about hauling out your punches....flowers, stars, hearts, it really doesn't matter. Pull out co-ordinating paper (some I have used are Kaiser, My Minds Eye, Basic Grey and American Crafts Christmas) and get punching! It was also a handy way to use up odds and ends of Kaiser Bling, Pearls and older miss matched brads...

I used my fingers to squish the petals together a little to give some dimention to the flowers as they lifted off the page....lots of layering also looks cool...the sky is the limit really!

So reef out those punches....and PUNCH ON!

From LSBS:-

American Crafts Thickers
Kaiser Bling
Kaiser Pearls
Kaiser Paper Sorbet
MME Just Dreamy Paper
American Crafts Paper (ancient chrissy paper)
Brads

Just a Quick Tip:-

Don't discount paper just because its for a particular season (like Christmas) or theme( like pets)...with double sided paper often the second side can be quite neutral and gives it a new lease on life, or if the design print is bigger the shape you cut out with your punch can disguise what it actually started out as...The mid green I used on this layout was the back of very old American Crafts Chrissy paper....and I have done a layout (its in my gallery) using Love Elsie Daisy Paper where the back is covered in hearts (and lets face it, children are a lot like puppies...except DOCS don't like it when you lock them in the backyard before you go out to dinner....go figure!)

Have a beautiful week...and lets GO!!!

Great challenge Belle, have a few punches that I may be able to revive, there aren't many and they are mostly small ones but whoknows.

I think I have 2 punches... a retro flower and a half inch circle. I'm sure I can come up with something punchy.
