1-4-1 (one for one) Artist Trading Card swap

What's a 1-4-1 swap?

Well, it means send one, get one back (one for one, 1-4-1). You don't need to join in the regular monthly swaps, but you need to add your name to the list of members.

Here's how it works:

You send an ATC (any theme) to anyone on the list of participants. You can send to more than one at a time if you choose.
The person/people must then send you back a return ATC (any theme) within the month that they receive it. Anyone on the list can send to anyone else on the list.
You must pop into the thread to acknowledge receipt of the ATC.
You can withdraw from the swap at any time, just by letting me know via PM.
The swap is an ongoing one, with no sign up date or closing date. You simply send them out and get them back for as long as you want to participate.

How do I join in?

If you wish to join in, post a message in this thread and pm me with the following details so I can add you to the database:
- Your name
- Your postal address
- Your email address
- Your most preferred colours/styles etc
- Your least preferred colours/styles etc

A copy of the list of members with this information will be sent to each member of the swap.
(please note - no-one's personal information should ever be given to anyone else or used for any purpose other than for the 1-4-1 swaps. If anyone breaches this, Cath will be informed and that person will be removed from this swap. This may seem harsh, but protecting your privacy is very important)

What if I need some time out, but want to stay part of the group?

If, for some reason, you wish/need to have some time out, please put a note in this thread and/or pm me with the dates you wish to have time out for. I can then make a note on our data base and note in the first post that you are having time out, so that we all know who is definitely participating in the swaps and when.

We need a new list of members list for 2010. I have deleted all the players from last year to start this year's list fresh. Should you wish you play, please post a reply in this thread and I'll add you to the list The more, the merrier
